1:1 Skills and Technique Development

These 1:1 or group sessions provide targeted, hands-on coaching that builds confidence, efficiency, and control through purposeful skill development tailored to each athlete’s discipline and goals.

Riders receive expert guidance across all fundamental and advanced aspects of cycling technique, customised to the athletes ability and goals.
 

  • pedalling dynamics and efficiency

  • bike handling

  • effective braking

  • weight distribution

  • bunch riding skills

  • descending, cornering and line choice

 

For off-road and mountain bike athletes, sessions extend to:
 

  • terrain reading and adaptability (including tyre choice and other terrain/weather specific decisions)

  • body positioning

  • obstacle negotiation

  • jumping, bunny hopping, pumping
     

Emergency and accident-avoidance techniques are also built into the program, supporting rider safety and resilience in unpredictable scenarios.​

Pricing for NXTLVL 1:1 Skills and Technique Sessions is tailored to each athlete, with costs adjusted based on discipline, goals, and session requirements. Because every rider’s needs are different, I’m always happy to discuss what you’re looking to work on and outline a session structure—and price—that fits.
