There’s a reason bikes aren’t “one size fits all”… training shouldn’t be either.

The NXTLVL core service is fully customised coaching and training programming built around the unique physiology, goals, and lifestyle of each athlete. With no “one-size-fits-all” approach, every program is individually crafted to ensure training is not only effective, but sustainable, targeted, and responsive to how the athlete’s body truly adapts.

Training is delivered through TrainingPeaks, with a Premium athlete account included, providing clear structure, daily guidance, and seamless communication. Programs incorporate regular testing and power profiling to define accurate training zones, identify strengths and limiters, and gain insight into individual athlete metabolic efficiency to shape future progression.

Detailed training data analysis ensures the program continually evolves with the athlete, allowing for precise adjustments in load, intensity, and focus. Special attention is placed on fatigue management, overtraining prevention, and injury reduction—critical factors in endurance sport, where the balance between stress and recovery determines long-term performance.​

Support extends beyond the training plan, with 1:1 supported on-bike sessions, guidance on race tactics or event execution, once-off target event programs, and optional 1:1 sessions for skill refinement or technical development. Strength and conditioning is integrated to build resilience, power, and durability, while game changing nutrition and fuelling strategies provide the final layer that unlocks truly next-level performance.

The NXTLVL core coaching program is offered at $320 per month, providing fully customised training programming with adaptive re-scheduling and adjustments, data-driven analysis, ongoing communication, and comprehensive, face-to-face support where suitable, across all aspects of your development. This investment reflects the depth of individualisation, continual program evolution, and high-level coaching expertise delivered throughout your training process.

Equipment Requirements

To create meaningful progress, a consistent feedback loop between coach and athlete is essential. Accurate performance tracking relies on training metrics such as power and heart rate, which provide objective insight into workload and adaptation. These metrics are complemented by the athlete’s subjective feedback, including perceived exertion, to create a complete and precise understanding of their response to training. Together, this data enables tailored training decisions and optimal performance development.

An accurate, chest strap monitor is the minimum required data point for successful performance and progress tracking.

Best data point for high quality structure, and accurate loading to optimise gains!​ Crank based, spider based or pedal based.

Garmin / Wahoo / Bryton / Hammerhead or equivalent

Smart Trainer / Indoor trainer

Highly beneficial, but not critical. Avoid missed sessions due to weather, provide controlled environment for testing and other specific session types.
